Now I'm irritated. Just found out this book has been released. But not in the United States. I went to Amazon UK to pick it up because it has been released there. They won't let me buy it for my Kindle.
Arggghhhhh!
So now I have to buy it in paperback and have it shipped? Why hasn't it been released here?
