Loved the first one.  Gotta see this one.

I'm always annoyed by "the same crap happens to the same guy twice" a la Die Hard 2, but I'm sure it'll still be an intense, entertaining flick.

I know, but I watched every Rocky movie too. :)

I hear you! What did you think of the last Rocky? I actually thought it was one of the best.

Loved it. Glad I was at home by myself when I watched it, because when Rocky sat in that graveyard missing Adrienne (sp?), I cried like a baby. Stallone got much better as a writer as he went on.

In the same vein, how did you feel about the last Rambo? I loved it, actually. I think it was great that Stallone decided to go back and capstone each of his biggest franchises with a quality picture. I feel he's doing the same thing with the Expendables, only instead of a franchise, he's capping an entire generation of Hollywood action movies.

I still haven't seen that one. I watch a lot of stuff with my kid and I'd heard that one was pretty bloody. Hasn't hit Netflix that I know of either.

I'm loving Expendables. The ensemble thing is working, and the in-jokes are a riot.

It is definitely violent, and you're right that I don't think it's on Netflix (which I have, and love). If you do get a chance though, check it out.
